Accomodation & food arrangement
The organization of INESPO will take care for the accommodation. All breakfasts are served at the hotel. Remaining meals such as lunches and dinners will be provided during the event.

Travel expenses
Participants are responsible to pay their own contribution and travel expenses to attend INEPSO. This means that international delegations should pay their flight-ticket.

Airport transportation
INESPO representatives will be at the airport to welcome you. INESPO arranges shuttle buses to the hotels.

Local transportation
INESPO will provide local transportation for all participants between the hotel and the event hall and to attend activities scheduled by INESPO.

Excursions and activities
The excursions and activities in and around Utrecht are on account of INESPO. Participants are free to join the excursions and activities. All excursions and activities are free of charge.
